These terms govern website use and the buyback process. The buyback contract specifies the cards, price, handover and other individual arrangements. Individually agreed terms take precedence to the relevant extent; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
2. Your account
You can prepare a card list without an account. Sign in or register to submit an offer. Provide accurate, current information and protect your login credentials. Contact us if you suspect misuse of your account.
Do not use the website for fraudulent offers, unauthorised access or disruption. If misuse is identified, we may proportionately restrict account access. Existing contractual obligations and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Cards we buy
We normally buy English and Japanese cards of Double Rare rarity or above from Scarlet & Violet and newer sets released from 1 January 2023. Sets must have been on the market for at least 2 months. Cards must be Near Mint (NM), and the minimum buyback value is €15. We do not buy bulk cards.
Older cards, graded cards and cards below NM condition require individual agreement. Only offer authentic cards that you own or are authorised to sell. Tell us about known damage or other defects.
Detailed buyback rules →4. Submitting and reviewing an offer
Find the correct card and edition, specify its condition and quantity, and check your details before submitting. Submitting the list offers your cards for review. An automatic receipt confirmation does not by itself confirm a completed buyback.
We may accept or decline your offer, or propose a different price or selection of cards. You may accept or decline a counteroffer. Results and messages are available in your account; we may also send email notifications. Send cards only after agreement and according to our instructions.
5. Price and offer validity
Prices shown while building your list are preliminary. We use Cardmarket Low for the relevant language version. The final price is confirmed through the agreed process after physical inspection.
During the introductory offer, English and Japanese cards are bought at 90% of Cardmarket Low for the corresponding language version, regardless of card value.
Our offer is valid for 5 days after confirmation. You have 5 working days to deliver the cards to us.
Detailed buyback rules →6. Agreement and buyback contract
After agreement, we prepare the buyback contract documents and handover or shipping instructions. Generating a draft PDF or emailing it does not constitute signing the contract. Before handing over cards, make sure you understand the agreed price and next steps.
7. Delivery and packaging
Bring cards to our store or send them by post or Packeta at your expense. Use the address and instructions supplied for your specific offer.
Cards worth up to €10 must have at least a sleeve. Cards over €10 must have a sleeve and toploader. Pack the shipment to protect cards against movement, bending and moisture.
8. Inspection and returns
After receipt, we check authenticity, edition, quantity and condition. If the condition differs from your form, we send a new offer. Any price change must be agreed first. Counterfeit cards are automatically declined.
If you decline the new offer or the cards are counterfeit, we return them at your expense, or you can collect them from our store. We agree the return method and costs in advance.
9. Payment
We send the agreed amount by bank transfer within 3 working days of physical inspection and final confirmation. Check that your IBAN is correct. Contact us promptly if details need correction.
10. Selling cards as a minor
Minors may sell cards only with a parent’s or other legal representative’s consent and to the extent permitted by law. Depending on the circumstances, a legal representative may need to enter into the contract. Contact us to agree the process before submitting an offer.
11. Questions, concerns and disputes
If you have a question or concern about the buyback, contact us through the offer messages or our contact email. Include the offer reference, a description and the requested resolution. We will review the matter and explain the next steps.
12. Personal data protection
Our separate privacy notice explains how we process account, offer, contract and payment data. Cookie information and settings are also available on the Cookies page.
13. Final provisions
The current terms are available on this page. Later changes do not by themselves alter contracts already concluded. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded remain unaffected.
